The shareholders of Vulcanising UK Ltd would like to inform all our customers of the acquisition of ARC (Anderson Roller Company) from Walkerweld Engineering Company, Vulcanising UK Ltd acquired the company on June 2nd 2014.
The company will become a division of Vulcanising UK Ltd, and will be re-named Anderson Rollers Limited.
The takeover will see a full manufacturing facility at our Glasgow branch that will be able to produce rollers for most applications, we will also look to stock rollers for our customers who require the off the shelf facility, as we recognise our customer requirements demand such a facility.
We will endeavour to meet all our valued customer requirements, and with this new facility and improvements on equipment and manufacturing facilities, we are confident that our customers will benefit from the overall service we are able to provide.
Vulcanising UK Ltd have looked at this opportunity with our customer's vision of the ONE STOP SHOP concept that the industry demands.
We are able to provide turnkey packages through our companies to suit all applications, from conveyor design and manufacture, to a full vulcanising and repair service as well as our roller manufacturing division providing a comprehensive range of rollers and other parts.
Our wear protection, corrosion protection and tank lining division are also able to provide a full range of services from tank lining, hopper and chute linings for all applications.
A full decommissioning service is also available from tank lining stripping to chemical contaminated pipe, ducting and structural application removals.
